Regional Account Manager / Field Sales Account Manager
South London and South East
£25,000 - £30,000 Plus 15% Bonus
As the world’s largest general use car rental brand, our client operates from 8,000 locations around the globe. A unique opportunity has now arisen for a Regional Account Manager / Field Sales Account Manager to join their team.
This role would suit a driven sales professional with excellent account management skills looking to further their career with a company offering many exciting and challenging opportunities.
As a Regional Account Manager / Field Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts. This will involve ensuring each account receives a quality service whilst meeting targets. There will also be a new business aspect to the role, in which all new business you generate you will subsequently manage.
Working with accounts in the South London and South East territories, your remit will include:
- managing accounts, including negotiating new and existing contracts
- preparing complex, high value proposals
- ensuring long term relationships are maintained
- new business generation
- exploiting new market opportunities
To be considered for this position, you must have proven sales experience, including a track record of account management. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a good understanding of business practice.
As the Regional Account Manager / Field Sales Account Manager, you should also be a strong negotiator and planner with good customer focus and relationship management abilities. A degree (or equivalent) would be beneficial to your application.
