- Ideally holds further education or vocational training (not essential)

- Process and submit contractors’ timesheets to deadlines
- Ensure approvals are completed by authorised approvers
- Chase outstanding or unapproved timesheets
- Verify contractors’ eligibility to work in the UK and check references
- Complete compliance checks and keep accurate, up-to-date records
- Manage contractor files and chase missing documentation
- Handle timesheet, payroll, and general enquiries
- Resolve timesheet and payroll issues promptly
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to help the team achieve targets
